Brad Gordon

In July of 2007, Brad Gordon became majority shareholder and President of MAF Companies.

Brad joined MAF in 1993 as Vice-President of Sales and an equity partner. During his 15 year partnership with Paul Kasik, MAF Companies experienced record growth (a ten-fold increase in production). During the past eight years, Brad has spearheaded MAF’s shift from serving as an independent marketing organization (IMO) with a single life insurance carrier focus into a multi-carrier brokerage general agency (BGA) using proprietary concepts and solutions to inspire great loyalty among the many general agencies and independent producers who work with us. MAF is proud to be a charter member of AimcoR Group.

Brad brings a wealth of experience to his presidency going back to his childhood as the son of a major Chicago life brokerage general agent. He entered the business in 1981 with Home Life as a carrier agent selling life and disability insurance. In 1984, Brad became a brokerage manager for The Larry Gordon Agency.

Brad attained his CLU designation in 1984 and ChFC in 1986. Brad served as President of the North Branch of the Chicago Life association in 1989. He has moderated LUTC classes for a number of years and was an Officer of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) for Sage Point Financial.

Brad holds an M.B.A. degree from University of Chicago and a B.S. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
