Mary Metcalf

Mary Metcalf currently serves as Assistant to our administrator with a focus on licensing and contracting.

She began her insurance carrier in 1996 with AIG as the Midwest Regional Office Manager in charge of all licensing and case management. Her association with MAF Companies started in 2001 as case manager and developed into Operations Manager by 2004.

Mary holds three associates degrees in: Office Careers, Travel/Tourism and Business Management. She has earned the Associate in Customer Service (ASC designation) through LOMA.
